We want you to love your Beautiful Bod ritual. If The Destiny Loofah isn’t right for you, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we’ll make it right with a replacement or refund.

How to request help

Email marketingteam@beautiful-bod.com and include your order number. We’ll reply with the next steps. For hygiene and convenience, we may ask for a photo instead of requiring you to return the product.

Damaged or incorrect orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us promptly—ideally within 7 days of delivery—with your order number and a photo so we can resolve it quickly.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or card provider may need additional time to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the order arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Gift cards

Gift cards are non-refundable.
