Tracking

When your order ships, we’ll send a confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to begin updating.

Address changes

If you need to change your shipping address, contact marketingteam@beautiful-bod.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order enters fulfillment.

International orders

Shipping availability and total costs are shown at checkout. Where applicable, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the customer’s responsibility.

Lost, damaged, or incorrect deliveries

Contact us with your order number if a delivery is lost, damaged, or incorrect. For damaged items, please reach out promptly—ideally within 7 days of delivery—and include a photo so we can help resolve it quickly.
